I’ve worked as a cabinet maker for the past 27 years. Over the last 10 years I’ve developed a great passion for cooking. But not just cooking. I also enjoy serving and interacting with everyone who enjoys delicious food. So a truck – in which I can cook and serve and interact – is right up my alley.
I’m Minnesotan through and through, and I enjoyed growing up on tater tots and mom’s tater tot hotdish. Now I’m having a great time concocting unique and delicious tater tot dishes and serving you.
